George is a model. My first try to make a transformer. While is the shape of a Van, you can pull him around with a rope attached to the front. After stopping under a frame you can open the top to reveal his head. Then using the lines and pullies already set up on the frame you can pull him up and operate him as a puppet.
First attempt to make his hand. fingers are very small, its like jewellery work ! I can pull the strings to close and open the fingers. i made a universal joint for the wrist and swivel system in the middle of bottom arm. Also fixed the elbows so they don't bend backwards.
